A small bath/shower infusion bag with a blend of Epsom salts, white lavender, rose petals, and essential oil of peppermint, rose geranium, and juniper berry essential oil.

Epsom salts: relaxes muscles, increase magnesium levels which aid in numerous health factors, and purify and protect the entire energies field and physical body.

White lavender:  Lavender flowers represent purity, peace, silence, devotion, serenity, grace, and calmness. Legends prescribe that when Adam and Eve were exiled they took lavender with them from the Garden of Eden, as it was thought to provide safety against evil. White lavender has the added properties of carrying the vibrational frequency of white the color that contains all the colors aswell as the metaphysical significance of white light being the purest of all it strengthens and protects your energy field.

Rose petals: Attracts love and unity consciousness, pierces through illusions, balances emotions and increase confidence, opens prophetic visions and psychic awareness, protection against negative energy can be used to replace any flower in magic works.

Peppermint: purifies, protects, uplifts, calms, invites positive energy, attracts love and encourages prophetic dreams.

Rose geranium: used to lift the spirits and banish negativity while providing protection, love, healing.

You may want to put a bit of sand in the shell to place the coal on.
